NORTH GATE

The North Gate mixed use development occupies a 400,000m2 plot of land strategically located on the main arterial route, Al Shamal Road, about 10km north of Doha city centre.
Imaginatively designed with over 360,000m2 of built up space, North Gate offers more than 100,000m² of leasable space for retailers within a super-regional mall and a further 45,000m² of office space within 6 office buildings, all serviced by 4,000 underground car parking spaces. Planning is already secured for a future residential Phase 2 which will include some 600 plus high quality units. Construction is currently well underway with an expected opening of Phase 1 anticipated for the first half of 2016.
